terrible experience. Return shipping costs $300!

There are no clear measures. Seat and backrest too short/low, very uncomfortable. There should be an offer to buy/send only one to "try" when making a decision. Experiencing the frustrating and absurd restocking fee of 20% of the shipping cost was a very expensive process. Despite the beautiful design, Armen Living has no prospect of customer satisfaction. We have decided to NOT buy in bulk from Revain anymore.
