I have previously purchased a printed DVD+R version from Phillips which is $14.99 for 50 packs but decided to try it because of the price. Hugh's mistake. I've recorded a lot of DVDs on it (more than half of what's available) and unlike Philips (which had no bugs) they were riddled with DVD skipping, pixelation and freezes. I burned the same DVD on this brand and another Phillips I left behind and there were no errors on that DVD but there were a few on this Smart Buy brand. Unfortunately I was busy and therefore missed the return deadline by 1 day, so now I only have a paperweight that goes in the bin. Save time and money and stay with the brand you know. It's not worth the few extra dollars you save.
