Ie it works as intended
Unfortunately these colored pencils simply do not work as intended. I don't think enough product testing has been done. The liquid just won't flow down and you're essentially stuck with a dry pen. It doesn't matter how long you press for the color to reach the tip; it just doesn't matter. If it worked it would be a great product for my drawing hobbies.
