I like that you can see how many times each contact has opened your emails, so it's easy to plan communication efforts for those who have not yet responded or are only responding partially. The interface could use some work -- it looks dated from when we used an earlier version of the service. It was good at giving us insight into which people were likely to open our messages and respond, but there wasn't anything built in to automatically track responses once they've been received. We found this feature lacking because we wanted to be able to monitor progress towards key business goals without having to spend hours manually calculating things ourselves.
