Good experience working with this team

MailGenius has helped us test our emails, and we've been able to see how they perform in different countries and languages. We've also been able to use their templates to create new emails for our newsletter. It's a great tool if you're looking to get feedback from your customers about your emails. The customer support is also very helpful! I wish there was a way to have more than one person work on an email at once. This would be useful when sending out multiple newsletters or campaigns. If…

Great email testing software - worth investing into

I really love that it makes my life easier by being able to test for myself all of these emails which were sent in previous years (I was an intern at another school). It gives me more time during those tests because sometimes there might be something from 2016 or even 2014. I also enjoy how much faster each page loads, as opposed to other mail testers out there. Sometimes when loading up pages are slow though and make this process slower than normal websites like Google search engine etc., but…

Great tool if email engagement is important

I like that you can see how many times each contact has opened your emails, so it's easy to plan communication efforts for those who have not yet responded or are only responding partially. The interface could use some work -- it looks dated from when we used an earlier version of the service. It was good at giving us insight into which people were likely to open our messages and respond, but there wasn't anything built in to automatically track responses once they've been received.
