The build quality is not very good. Its pivot somehow just broke/weakened when installing it on my LCD monitor. I didn't even rotate it much from the normal viewing angle. Now he just hangs around very freely. I can't get him to stay there now. Also everything seems fine but since I can't hold it where it should be it becomes unusable and now I've spent my money on something that can't be repaired without giving me a new fastening mechanism. I'm very technical and mechanical where I would just fix it and probably do it with rubber bands just to use some of it before I get tired of messing around with positioning and just accept my loss and throw it away. in the bin. Unless I get a new one from the company I will not recommend or buy this brand. If the manufacturer contacts me to fix this I will provide an update on their support as I believe the support aspect remains when a company supports their products even if the apparent build quality is not up to scratch . I'll update if I hear anything, but until then this is an avatar rating based on build quality. The camera works well and is very easy to set up on Windows 10. But if it doesn't really stay in place while I'm on my monitor, the product is useless to me.
