Review on πŸ“Š Impressive Accuracy: iSpring TDS 3-Button Digital Water Quality Test Meter with Temperature Test Function by Tim Airy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks accurate and is very comfortable!

So this little kid was telling us that the new house we bought has a fridge with a water dispenser/ice maker that is hooked up to the water source coming out of the softener! Serious. Which contractor does this? The previous occupant was an elderly lady who probably had very high blood pressure and was drinking softened/salty cold water and ice cubes from the fridge. That's so sad. The refrigerator filter cannot filter out all the salt. He tested about 750 ppm. 200 less than tap water. If he had unfiltered water and a new fridge water filter, he would have passed the test under 100. Unfiltered tap water from the kitchen sink that is not connected to a softened water source is tested at 750 ppm. Reverse osmosis sink water tested at 50ppm. Distilled water (just for fun, to see if you're close to being accurate) was zero. Hooray! The case is practical and ensures that the cover of the device is not lost. The digital reading could be a little clearer to read, but real complaints aren't enough to deduct a star. The device clearly warns that it is not waterproof and can only be submerged to a depth of 2 inches. We use a lid to hold water for testing and then make sure not to damage the device.
