Package arrived damaged. Fortunately, nothing inside was obviously damaged at first glance. It looks like I can get a returned item if the box appeared to have been opened and then resealed. None of the items inside appeared damaged or undamaged in transit. It was very easy to assemble, especially since I had moved a lot of chairs. I found the instructions halfway in the seat pocket. As I connected the legs I noticed that this was going to be a high chair. I'm 6ft tall and after assembling it I have to put it all the way down to sit comfortably and be able to lean back without lifting my heels off the floor. I picked it up a few hours ago and have been using it ever since. In this short time I'm ready to give it back. As any tall person knows, sitting in a new chair for the first time makes them feel good. The actual test comes in a few hours or days, depending on the quality. It failed this test. It feels like I'm sitting on a sloping slab at the base of the seat. Everything else is great. Reclining the seat like a car seat is comfortable and allows you to adjust the correct seat angle. It feels like it can carry my weight with no problem. The seat simply knocked out after only a few hours of use.
