DO NOT buy this from Video Game Chairs

This is absolutely the WORST chair I have ever had. This is definitely NOT for overweight people. It tilts forward when seated, so you're constantly leaning forward. The back of the chair is also not designed for a wider back or hips. If you love yourself or the person you are going to buy it for, DO NOT buy it.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • boring packaging

Not as comfortable as expected in the item description

Item was delivered quickly and was fairly easy to assemble. The chair is not as comfortable and stable as I would expect from a chair for tall people (up to 500 pounds). There is almost no seat cushion so I used an extra cushion to decide whether to keep the chair or exchange for a different model.

This chair is not for tall people.

It's designed for heavy people but it's not comfortable for tall people, I'm 6ft 4" and 320lbs Seat is too small, armrests jut out over the table, maximum height and under the table and at the next lower level the neck pillow can't even be used unless you lay all the way down on a small one. The lumbar support pillow has little vibration, I think it's bad design, I wouldn't buy it again. The seat cushion flattens out after prolonged use and becomes uncomfortable. I think it's bad design…

Received today - not sure yet

Chair arrived today. It was pretty easy to put together. The seat is wide for a tall person, but the backrest is an issue. It has a hug line where your entire back should fit; however, i think that the manufacturer did not take into account that if you need a chair for up to 500 people, then not only the cushion but also the backrest should be wide. Also, there is downward tilt on the pillow, which seems normal at the moment, but I'm not sure how long this will be normal. I will keep this chair

It's an instrument of torture.

The seat is the part that needs to recline the most. After a lot of unscrewing, the seat eventually tilts, but still requires strength to hold it when the seat is at full height. This confuses me because I'm 6ft 2in and weigh 400lbs. The chair appears to be balanced forward. It is a structural necessity for the chair to direct the force of the user's body onto the back of the chair. The seat does the opposite: the chair becomes a ramp. The more the backrest is inclined, the less support the…

Comfortable and easy to assemble

Great chair, don't get me wrong. It's comfortable for short term use, 4-5 hours max, and overall very easy to assemble, taking me about 45 minutes in a room barely big enough for a chair. My biggest issue is that it's not symmetrical, I didn't realize it at first, but the back of the chair doesn't sit flush with the seat bottom, causing the left side to push me forward. It's literally about an inch. It's a real problem just because I have OCD and now that I know I have it it's going to bother…

My big butt fits at least

Package arrived damaged. Fortunately, nothing inside was obviously damaged at first glance. It looks like I can get a returned item if the box appeared to have been opened and then resealed. None of the items inside appeared damaged or undamaged in transit. It was very easy to assemble, especially since I had moved a lot of chairs. I found the instructions halfway in the seat pocket. As I connected the legs I noticed that this was going to be a high chair. I'm 6ft tall and after assembling it I

Great big chair not comfortable not very strong do not buy

This chair is oversized with a large seat and high back! I'm 6ft 3 inches tall and I sit in it without my head reaching my upper back! It has a 4 inch thick foam seat and I weigh 320 pounds and am not happy with the seat, it feels like I am sitting on a steel cushion. I bought this chair due to the 500lb weight limit and was hoping this was the 320lb chair for me! The back massage cushion is ok but it could have been better to have a strap attached to keep it in place! The frame is hard work…
