2/20/19 As you can see below, I gave this product a low rating before the trip because I couldn't get it to work as described. When I came back I found an email from DuKabel's Marketing Director with a very nice apology for my troubles. He stated that he would refund my money immediately and send another cable to replace the defective one free of charge. I received this cable a few days later and found to my dismay that it worked just like the first one. I looked at the cable as it turned out to be very well made and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get sound from either end. Then I noticed that there are badges on the female ends. a headset icon and a microphone icon. THIS CABLE IS FOR MICROPHONE AND HEADSET. That's why I haven't heard from either side. So now I have two microphone and headset cables and BOTH work great! (Disclaimer - I'm not usually an idiot!) So I re-ordered the dual headset splitter from DuKabel: Based on the other two I own now, I'm sure it will work as expected for years to come. THANK YOU DuKabel! 01/24/19 I ordered this headset for an upcoming trip and plugged it in for the first time today but was disappointed only one side worked. The other side is DOA. I will return it but the trip is tomorrow. So I guess I can do without it. I will update this review after looking into the company to return.
