I'll start by saying this is a great iPad case but unfortunately not for everyone. The case is really well made and looks nice from the outside, almost like fabric. The Apple Pencil has a stretch strap, which is very handy, especially considering Apple didn't include a magnetic mechanism to attach the stylus like it does on its new iPad Pros. The only reason I'm saying this case isn't for everyone is because the case unfortunately fits too well. What I mean by this is that for people who are compulsive about fitting screen protectors (like me), unfortunately you need near perfect placement of the screen protector or the edges will peel upwards. This is because the edges of the case are curved, covering all the edges of the device. It's not the fault of the case itself as it does what it's supposed to do which is to protect all the edges and the back of the case. The magnetic closure on the front handles the sleep/wake function well, other than that I think this is a premium case for the iPad mini.
