I've been looking for something that would work for short road trips with my dog to a nearby park, veterinary office etc and it seems to work. Easy to install and easy to remove or adjust when I need to make room for an extra passenger in the back seat. As it can get very hot here in the summer I wanted a lighter color (so many covers I've seen were black or dark grey) and the light color of this cover goes well with the beige interior of my Honda CRV. I haven't washed it yet so I can't confirm the durability of the finish. It's not very thick, so it might not be suitable for general outdoor adventures with a lot of dirt. This is quite normal for our on-site use. All I had to do was take it out (very easy, just undo the straps from the rear headrest) and brush it off. I love that there are velcro straps so I can thread my dog's harness through the cover. It feels a bit slippery but my dog is adjusting quickly and looks happy. Given the price, I am very happy with the performance of this coating.
