I like that it allows you to use multiple search filters so as soon as one keyword is found in an ad or landing page then all of them are analyzed for keywords which can be used with other tools such as Google Analytics etc....you have to spend some time learning how this tool works but once you do its very useful! It's not free software though - costs $200 per month (and up) if more features needed/desired.
The main benefit we've seen from using BuzzRadar has been increased sales due to people finding our website via google ads when they were looking for another product.
