I liked the look of the packaging in the box. It came with extra parts I didn't need and no instructions for them. Professionally packaged and looked great but ever since I bought this device for my Versa 2 charging my device has been a nightmare. Seriously, it didn't fit snugly in the stand, kept moving to get it out of charge mode, and it was a blessing when I could see the "battery charging" light come on when I dared put it down the hope that the loose fit will not separate him from the loading process. Not recommended for Fitbit Versa 2. It may work better for other models.
