This indicates a maximum speed of 5500RPM so you will need to put this on a large angle grinder. Also as pictured it is a CRIPED WIRE not like pictured around braided wire. At least what I had was creeper wire. But I got it for $4 in an open box, so I was happy anyway. 6" knot wire or crimp wire easily removes paint from metal or wood ( although he hollows out wood right away.) Hope this helps.
