I like this little guy. I found the buttons to be a bit uncomfortable over time (read a few hours if I should be doing something else), and the face buttons are a bit oddly spaced. . . but everything works great! If you're looking for a controller that looks a lot like the old SNES, has a great directional pad (my main reason for buying it), and pairs easily with your PC or Switch, it's hard to beat. (Although sometimes the rumble just comes on and refuses to stop - something I haven't quite figured out how to prevent yet) This is where the loss of a star really comes from.
