Not in color and missing zipper.

UPDATED: Your customer service is impressive to say the least - they answered my questions almost immediately and offered to replace the shutter flash and also refund me a partial amount for the inconvenience. I fell in love with the color of this bag and it combines everything LO and I need in one stylish bag. Very happy mom! I bought this bag as my handbag for everything. As a new mom, I'm tired of carrying both a tote and a tote with me. This bag allows me to have one side for the baby and one side for the mom. The dark brown color is different from what I saw and expected on screen. There is no zip pocket on the outside, it is not in the box. I'm still considering if those two things are a reason to return. I had such high expectations for this bag that I can't help but be a little disappointed.
