Item arrived on time. Might work if you file the inside of the groove and sand the back. It can work out of the box. for Sprinter 2000-2002 I don't know. I warmed up the engine to loosen the soot that was stopping it in the bore. You have to work fast to keep it warm. There is access to the top of the nozzle to tighten the primary puller screw. I screwed in the screw to make sure it fit. Wanted to put a gold hose around the nozzle and it didn't fit because the slot in the nozzle head gets stuck. I had to file a slot to mount the nozzle, but then the diameter of the pipe is too big and won't fit between the space around the nozzle and the valve cover. Not cool!
