This 3 piece Diesel Injector Puller Set comes complete with an extractor key for removing the inner part of the Bosch injectors. It is also suitable for removing injectors without the use of a slide hammer and without removing the cylinder head. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter /ML270/E-Class/C-Class/ Grand Cherokee 2.7 crd. manufactured from 2000 onwards. Supplied in blow mould case for storage.

DO NOT BUY, READ DETAILS!

DO NOT USE! Nozzles are not meant to be disassembled, this tool cost me over $1000! Loosen the fasteners and use engine compression to push out the injectors.

The tool didn't work properly.

Bought this puller for my '05 Sprinter. I worked though when I pulled out the injector. I had to use a hammer to knock the nozzle out of the tool.

GOOD PRODUCT! - Tools & Equipment

As a diesel engine specialist with 20 years of experience this product really got me out of the predicament of an old Sprinter. Works exactly as described. And easy to use. I even had a delivery issue on my end and they came in and fixed it for me!

Expandable Injector Puller

For years I've been turning wrenches and reading O-Scope. When I saw this injector puller I was duly impressed by the price. Good solid unit with the potential to expand usage by adding adapters. The second day I've had it I did a quick fabrication job and hooked up this puller to Bosch injectors in a Perkins diesel. Very limited space and this puller was perfect.

This puller/puller will NOT work as advertised for 2004-2006 OM647 North American Sprinters

Item arrived on time. Might work if you file the inside of the groove and sand the back. It can work out of the box. for Sprinter 2000-2002 I don't know. I warmed up the engine to loosen the soot that was stopping it in the bore. You have to work fast to keep it warm. There is access to the top of the nozzle to tighten the primary puller screw. I screwed in the screw to make sure it fit. Wanted to put a gold hose around the nozzle and it didn't fit because the slot in the nozzle head getsโ€ฆ

The thing works! - Puller Kits

I rarely write reviews but wanted to let you know that this tool will work with common rail injectors such as those found in Mercedes and Sprinters. I only gave it 4 stars because you have to modify the tool by grinding it to actually install the injector properly. Before learning about this tool, I spent HOURS trying to get a nozzle out, but it wouldn't budge. I put this tool on and it still wouldn't budge. I didn't want to push it too hard so I started the engine, warmed it up and theโ€ฆ
