I spent 3 hours installing these bulbs but had to return them due to their brightness. Too bright for safe traffic. I spent a lot of time setting up the light pattern. The manufacturer suggests that the optimal position is where the wire goes straight down (as suggested in many YouTube videos). At night when I turned on the low beams, it seemed to me that I turned on the high beams. It is dangerous to use and may blind oncoming traffic. Too bad I didn't read the reviews first as someone else correctly mentioned the same point. Most reviewers have complemented the brightness. Indeed it is bright, but it is TOO bright to be considered safe. Also the installation was not as easy as shown in the YouTube video. I had to spend 3 hours to install it properly but that's not due to the product itself and in my case my VW Tiguan has very little space to see where the bulb goes. So you basically have to guess the LED lightbulb without paying attention to where it goes. As for the packaging, I received a package with two bulbs. The packaging wasn't sealed so I'm not sure if these bulbs were brand new. Why did one of the lightbulbs have any markings to suggest someone installed it and returned it? Anyway, both worked, but the reason I'm returning the above advert is because they are too bright to use for low beam.
