Review on 🎧 Asus Xonar AE Sound Card by Charles Osguthorpe

Firstly, I play and listen to a lot of music, so sound quality is important. It was easy to install and use, but the sound quality wasn't very good. I did everything I could to make sure it wasn't the sound quality, but everything I did fixed one thing and messed up another. FPS games require good to excellent audio quality, just like music. The quality of the music wasn't very good. There was a feeling that there was distortion when listening to music. I tried unsuccessfully to fix it so I moved on to gaming but it gave me more trouble. Well, I hated the shrill clicking sounds when firing weapons in the game. Don't worry, I've been working on this, but after correcting the high-pitched click, the sound of footsteps is quieter. After fixing the bass not working I tried another software tweak that fixes the bass but started messing around with other sounds I was working on and the voice acting when I spoke in discord. So I kept trying to fix all the problems but to no avail. In the end I just got fed up, removed the software and hardware and went back to my Corsair Voids.
