Bought a month ago and already not working

Bought and installed a month ago to get and run the internal bluetooth card on my computer. I received my BT keyboard yesterday and it worked perfectly. Today? Random shutdown, and if it fails, it takes the front USB interfaces with it. I bought the keyboard thinking my old wired keyboard was broken as I had issues with it for about 3 weeks but apparently it was just a bunch of junk.
