The product worked great for about a month then all the colors with blue or white died. Selecting blue gave you no light, purple showed up as red, bright white was more amber etc. I contacted support and it's been nothing short of a full run for over a month! They insist that I sent at least 4 videos showing the problem and they just keep asking stupid things unrelated to the problem! Obviously they won't replace led strips and will just ask for new videos showing the same thing to make you give up. They end up winning because it's not worth my time to keep emailing and making videos for a few bucks worth of LEDs. avoid them.
