Yes, the shorts are Union Bay brand, for all the people who claim they’re not. They are Supplies, which is a division of Union Bay. All you need to do is read the label to confirm that. Also, the people who say the sizing is different than their other Alix shorts are confused. Union Bay makes these exact shorts in juniors sizing, but they are called Darcy, and another one just with a shorter inseam called Delaney. These are the Alix shorts, and they come in adult women sizes, which run pretty true to size. They’re not entirely consistent across colors, though. I bought the grey and the navy. The navy runs smaller than the grey, but still fits. They do have a bit of stretch. I would have definitely kept them both, but the grey ones have a stain or defect on the front. Buyer beware: Bealls does not offer exchanges, and they make the customer pay for return shipping, even if the merchandise is defective. I would not shop from this seller again, knowing this. It cost me $11 to ship these back from NJ via UPS ground.
