Package arrived in a thin white plastic envelope. The box was missing a lid. The device lacked a protective case and the LCD screen had a lot of smudges and fingerprints. Batteries were thrown on the device. Who makes it and sends it this way. I put the batteries in and the device kept beeping. I'll read the instructions and see if it can be reprogrammed and really work.
