these are very comfortable with a little arch support (i.e. much more than flip flops or standard slides which have none, but not 'therapeutic' level support either). Been wearing the first pair for almost a year, but my husband points out they're his, so I ordered another pair, and now i have my own :) Highly recommend for work at home, pool and beach.
