The Asrock X570 Extreme4 is an odd board with lots of high-end features, but it doesn't come with Bluetooth, WiFi or TPM. This AX200 card module (OKN Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) desktop kit with antenna) plugs directly into the device and works great with Bluetooth controllers, which is what I needed it for. I wasted no time testing real-time WiFi. No screw was included, and they have a lot of weird compatibility issues with those little BT/WiFi cards. So check them carefully to see if they are compatible with your board, dongle and the right antenna connectors and the Intel CNVI card versus a card without CNVI.
