Review on ☕ Flair Espresso NEO: The Ultimate Manual Lever Espresso Maker for Home Use (Gray) by James Thakur

Before purchasing this item I had an Aeropress that made good strong coffee but not a true espresso. I was looking for a machine that could make real espresso and last longer with regular use. After reading about the Neo manual espresso machine I decided to order one. I'm a beginner and have never had an espresso machine before. When the press arrived, the amount of detail was a little intimidating. After reading the brochure that came with the machine and reading the online instructions, I put the parts together a few times to get comfortable with the process. and tried to throw a party. Unfortunately, the lever was not pressed. The coffee turned out to be too finely ground (accidentally used the Turkish coffee setting). I made the grinder a little less fine, weighed a little more coffee and made a second batch. This time I got a great shot with cream, and it was delicious. As with any espresso machine, Neo requires training. I fired a few more shots and the amount of foam increased. After that I disassembled and cleaned the car with no problems. I plan to use this machine daily and it seems well built. Everything is well made and fits well. I think it will remain so for many years to come. I don't think you will find another machine that makes such a good espresso at this price point. I love it.
