Shape works well best in my review

I don't believe there is any fragrance in this product, so I couldn't review that. It works well for relieving neck strain when heated and can be used on other body areas too.Since you can't wash it, I made a washable sleeve to slide over it. Another idea is to cut off the toe from a pair of worn men's stockings and slide them from each side, overlapping them in the middle. It's not the prettiest solution, but it is easy and cost effective!
