Review on 🔲 LINCOLN ELECTRIC KP3775 1 Auto Darkening Variable Helmet by Maurice Stavros

I bought this because my tint 10 for Flux Core wasn't dark enough. It's a little darker and worked for a few welds, but I wouldn't want to use it for the entire shift. I would say it hits around 11.5. It was definitely lighter than the passive shade 12 that I ended up buying. Also, it doesn't work for TIG at all. It turns on and off randomly regardless of the settings. I even tried keeping my hand still for a few seconds to see if it was just the sensor jamming during movement and it still worked. It fits great on the stick and I love the color hence the 3 stars. The dials aren't available when it's in my hood, so I have to pull it out every time I change processes. All in all I wouldn't buy it again and a shame I just saved my money.
