For most of my life, I've eaten soft-boiled eggs for breakfast. They're a ready meal because my French mother made them for me when I was a kid. I've returned to breakfast as comfort food during this pandemic. I found a video about this product on You.tube and decided to treat myself to this well thought out and superbly crafted egg cracker. This works very well - just a drop of a heavy bullet is enough to crack open an eggshell with one blow. You will then need a sharp, thin-bladed knife to cut open the albumin (thin membrane that protects the egg's contents) and the egg. The top of the egg is carefully peeled off. What a great invention that works as advertised. Don't bother with cheaper alternatives. This egg cracker is worth its price.
