Works wonders on muscle knots!
I have Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility type and I always have trouble with knots in my muscles. My physical therapist used this on me and I immediately bought it. It works wonders for applying the right amount of pressure to those hard to reach places. Be careful though because I did cause bruising after using it multiple times.
- Very sturdy tool.
- All edges are the same even though one sould be less aggressive then the other.
