I’m actually surprised how well this works. Not so great when you try to use it on yourself but works great when you have someone else use it. The only thing I wish was different is it could be a little longer. Other than that this works amazing in the knots on your neck, shoulders, back, legs, and arms. Great buy!

This works good with oil or lotion to massage the muscles on my legs. All the different edge shapes lets you use it on a wide area or a small concentrated area. The stainless steel is easy to clean up with soap and water after each use. Glad I bought this. Feels heavy duty.

There are many reviews and Q&A that say this tool is rounded on all edges. THIS IS NOT TRUE! The edges on one side are very sharp and cant be used as a massage tool unless you want to scrap someone's skin off.Returning.

Was good quality but others were easier for me to hold in my hand because they had a smaller slot to put my hand through.didnt keep this one but I love the whole 5 tool set of STICKON products. Great buy for the money compared to other leading names!

Good quality, sturdy, feels good on the calves (soleus and gastrocnemius muscles) released the tightness and gave me relief in my heal and achilles tendon. It felt good to have relief in my foot on my heel. I will continue to do some self care and these tools are just what I needed to make things wonderful for my clients and test the tools by working some areas of concern I needed to be treated. I recommend this product.

I have Ehlers Danlos hyper mobility type and I always have trouble with knots in my muscles. My physical therapist used this on me and I immediately bought it. It works wonders for applying the right amount of pressure to those hard to reach places. Be careful though because I did cause bruising after using it multiple times.

This is way too big for my hands, so I hold the edge. I love this tool! I run and have right IT bands and use it regularly. I use coconut oil with it when I’m disciplined- otherwise I just use it over sweat pants. The hand part doesn’t matter when u work with it- u get used to it and hold it differently. I think it rly helps with recovery. Love it on calves and the back of shoulders too!

But is too thick/not great bevel.The convex side, the best f scanning, or diagnoistics. the concave working side, go very slow, use copious lube,Don't use on adducters,unless masochist.For price,and seller communicatiobn, and help def.I returned.And chose similar from seaside brother. I love this tool. I have severe osteoarthritis in several major areas including my neck, right shoulder, and lumbar regions.
