I use the foil cutters that come with wine openers like the bunny style crafts and the battery operated ones. These foil cutters ALL feel dull and require a lot of force to use. Eventually the one I used last stopped cutting wine bottle wrap altogether and I stumbled across them at Revain. Wow! I can't believe how well this works! You don't have to, you know, squeeze the live ones out of the foil cutter - they cut that easily. And you get two of these in case the first one wears out (I've been using it for a few months now with no visible deterioration). Also came in a good case. It's a pity that I didn't discover these foil cutters years ago. art
