Both Transmitters Won’t Pair

UPDATE- husband got both transmitters to pair but we can’t change the ring chime without defaulting back to the ding dong.Just received this and I can’t get the ringtone to change or both transmitters to pair. Most likely returning this and getting something else.

Pros

The idea of dog door bell is for training dog/pet learned to touch button when they want to go outside or back home instead of scratching barking and whining.
