Screeching when starting after the break-in period.

I ran them for a few days to make sure they were ok, sealed them with epoxy, let them run a few more days and they were still ok, completed the case and found this out , when they have been off for several hours, they squeak very loudly for about a minute when they start up. Now we have to build a new building. There is a lot of air in the hub, but the bearings will likely deteriorate.
