Review on 2 Pack Double Thick Stainless Steel Heat Diffuser Reducer Flame Guard Simmer Plate for Electric and Gas Stovetops by Sam Lund

I bought these to heat tortillas on a propane stove. I've just tossed them on the grill and flipped them a few times to prevent charring, but I've never had success with this approach. Never manage to get the propane flame low enough to do this. They thought it would help the effort and they did. It will take a little longer, but my tortillas come out just right without charring. I'm not too concerned about the heat from the stainless steel rainbow since it's on the bottom. As long as it applies to my cakes the way I want it.
