The first worked great, the second came with broken parts and had to be glued back together
The first one we got was great, no problem. The second, however, wasn't very good. During the assembly attempt, the wooden tab broke off at the back and I had to glue it back together. I'm glad that didn't happen while my gerbils were sitting on it! One of the wing nuts was broken/failed, preventing proper installation. Luckily I had a few backups, but I was annoyed that the kit didn't come with the correct and working hardware to attach it to the cage.
