After investigating JARLINK's online store, we discovered that the company makes a false promise about being able to offer products of the highest quality at reasonable prices. Although they have a large selection of workplace and school supplies, the quality of their products varies greatly from one item to the next. Some of the products had a quality that was adequate, while others had a quality that was below average and not worth the price. In addition, the low prices they offer come at the expense of the environment due to the excessive and unsustainable packaging that they use for their products. In general, JARLINK's misleading advertising and inconsistent quality leave much to be desired for the consumer who places a high value on their satisfaction.
