I like that it is efficient in getting freight from point A to B without delay while minimizing handling times at each transfer location along its route by using multiple carriers for smaller loads/locations which helps keep rates low compared with other options available (i.e., direct truckload vs rail) but also allows us flexibility when we need something different or have time constraints.
There are some rules around what type(s) can be transferred through their network so you may not always end up where you want depending upon your needs. They don't charge "markups" as they advertise on rate quotes - instead there's only an additional service fee per mile above base line charges if required mileage exceeds actual distance traveled. This makes sense since most customers choose flat-rate pricing over variable rates; however this has resulted in lower revenue than expected after implementation due primarily to lack of awareness about how billing works within our organization given many.
