It's cheap thermal paste
I bought this to re-glue an old smaller GPU it doesn't get very hot it will work for that but high power hardware that draws a lot of power so produces a lot more heat I would choose a higher quality brand. But great in a pinch, and it works well enough. I just don't understand why they put a condom on their finger. They laughed about it. You can also.
