Review on Newsmarts Linkage Replacement Davidson 1980 2020 Motorcycle & Powersports by Prem Robinson

This shifter rod seems to be pretty damn well made. The seams are very smooth and the workmanship is very good. The shift rod itself is made of aluminium, while the pivot point is of course made of steel. It's a bit annoying that both ends have standard threads and not opposite. That means you have to pull off one end or the other to adjust. It's not really a big deal, once installed it's not going anywhere. I am very happy with the product so far for the price. I will update if I encounter any problems. I think my trip from Ohio to North Carolina will be a good test and I always have a factory part in case something goes wrong.
