Has pros: Maneuverable. Easy. Equipped with a bucket, not only is it practical that your hands are constantly clean, but it's also comprehensive. Below are some downsides: Instead of merely having three separate components, the handle might be turned into a telescoping one for the same price. Not able to be stored in the closet.
