License plate conforms to description and looks good for a simple clean license plate design. However, the screws are too short to provide enough length to attach the plate to the bike (at least on my bike because of the 2 screws). The other two bolts on my bike only attach the license plate to the license plate bracket. . . and it was just perfect and in fact the shorter length is comfortable. Caps exacerbate this problem a little, because to use them you have to thread the screw through the white sleeve and then put the cap over it (reducing the length of the screw a bit). I read a previous review that said the caps don't actually work, but they do. The plate comes without instructions, so it can easily be assembled incorrectly. The bottom line is that you have to guide the screw through the cover sleeve when installing the license plate. Once the plate is attached to the bike, simply press the caps onto the hub. I didn't use the caps anyway because I had to pull out 2 bolts to attach the plate to the bike and the head of the bolts didn't work with the caps. Overall the plate looks good but the included screws should be longer in my opinion. A small leaflet on the lids would not hurt either.
