Very, very pure protein. I have tried many different brands and Species is the best quality. You pay a little more but it's better quality. 27.5g of protein per serving is more than any other product I've tried. It mixes easily as the myconization makes the powder very fine, almost like "talc". No roughness. The taste is very good but not exceptional. I have no problem drinking it. I also use MTS Nutrition Whey Protein and it tastes like the best protein powder I've tried. However, it's not as pure and does contain a small amount of "high fructose corn syrup" which I don't think should NEVER be included in a healthy supplement. Species Whey contains NO high fructose corn syrup or other harmful ingredients. Like almost all other protein supplements, it contains "sucralose” as a sweetener. This is a great whey protein. I will definitely buy again.
