Just a notepad, useless. Why?

Only a replacement blade, no aluminum base plate, useless in itself. The fully functional Atoma plate also includes an aluminum base plate, which is quite thick and very valuable. To deal with a bad bearing surface, it is not possible to just use a replacement pad. It's not as advertised.
