Great Experience Learning Culture Through Couch Surfing

I had some great experiences during my trip to Costa Rica through couch surfing! The host was very accommodating of me being in his house for two weeks straight without any problems at all (including paying him). It's definitely not as easy or quick/convenient like an Airbnb but it is cheap so you could do worse than that if your looking just get out there & try new things!! You'll have fun doing this. My favorite part about visiting other countries has been meeting locals from different cultures who are willing open up more then others when talking English which helps learn how each country likes speaking certain languages etc.. This site gives us travelers another way we can travel cheaper by getting free accomodation instead spending money elsewhere such hotels / air bnb! Also its good because everyone isn't going crazy trying too hard sell services while traveling haha :) Just relax enjoy yourself meet interesting ppl along go.

Pros
  • That they're mostly non profit organization with no advertising whatsoever, making sure hosts pay their dues back into hosting people around world; also helping many local communities worldwide via community service projects hosted within homes across planet Earth amazing concept!!!:) And lastly having thousands upon thosands' worths members sharing spaces throughout entire globe makes everything
Cons
  • Secret
