Review on LaCie 2big RAID 8TB External Hard Drive Desktop HDD – USB-C USB 3.0 7200 RPM Enterprise Class Drives with Recovery Service (STHJ8000800) by Darian Massey

I've been a LaCie fan for a very, very long time. So I was very excited about my first RAID system. Out of the box there were problems with Catalina and the disc view. Well the tech service was great and helped solve this problem. But immediately after that, the drive goes into sleep mode and ejects itself! This makes it unusable. I emailed, called and sent the ticket. A week passed and nobody answered me. Very disappointed. I'll see if I can get it back. Now if someone answers this question for me and we can solve it I will happily change my rating to 4 or 5 stars as everything else about this RAID2 is great.
