I purchased these test clips with breadboard hooks and they certainly met my needs. Excellent goods. However, I believe the description should state that the terminal is intended to be soldered to an AWG 18 or smaller wire conductor. The top part of the button is designed to be removed, the wire passed through the hole and soldered to the conductor. The button is then returned to its place and the clip is ready for use. Since the wire needs to be bent at a 90° angle inside the button, I found the smaller AWG 20 wire best for my use. Well packaged and shipped promptly.
