To begin, Proberos's pricing are far higher than the market average, despite the fact that their products are typically inferior to those offered by other, more reasonably priced businesses. I was confused as to why anyone would pay Proberos' inflated prices when similar reels and accessories could be purchased elsewhere for far less. Despite Proberos's assertion that they know what modern anglers want, I often found their products to be uninspiring and out of date. Their products weren't really innovative, and I was able to receive comparable or better results from other manufacturers at a lesser cost. And lastly, I was let down by Proberos' support staff. I had a hard time getting through to a competent representative when I had questions or concerns regarding their items; they seemed more concerned with making a sale than assisting me in making an informed choice. If you're a serious fisherman, I wouldn't suggest going to Proberos. They lack originality and quality and come at an exorbitant price. If you require fishing equipment, you should search elsewhere and save your cash.
